Your data is sent to these AI services only when you actively use features that require AI analysis (e.g., skin scan, routine audit, care plan, chat). Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Your data is not used by these providers to train their AI models. Both Anthropic and Google maintain enterprise-grade security and data protection standards. Premium features are available through an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details on our servers.
Prices may vary by region as set by the App Store / Play Store. The actual price for your region is shown at the time of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Play Store account settings.
If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price listed above. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — premium access continues until then. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.
We receive subscription status updates (active, expired, cancelled) from the App Store or Play Store via secure server-to-server notifications, processed by RevenueCat (our subscription infrastructure provider). This is used solely to determine whether your account has access to premium features. We do not receive your payment card details.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the third-party services listed in Section 4, solely for the purpose of operating the Service. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and third-party services are located. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including skincare data, routines, and check-ins — is permanently deleted within 30 days.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
